Mastering Middle School is a 6-week small-group program for current 7th graders who could use extra support navigating the academic, social, and emotional demands of middle school.
Developed with input from current 7th-grade counselors, the program focuses on practical skills including organization and planning, time management, friendships and communication, self-advocacy, confidence, and managing everyday middle school stress.
