  • We work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, emotional regulation, relationships, school-related concerns, parenting challenges, and more.

  • The first session is a chance to get to know you, better understand your goals, and determine how we can best support you or your family. We strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable and understood.

  • We are currently a private-pay practice. We can provide detailed receipts (often called superbills) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement for services, depending on their specific plan.

    We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to better understand your out-of-network mental health benefits.
